Duriel laughs as she twists easily out of the way.

"Is that all you've got?" she challenges, still grinning.

Arius smirks and says nothing.

Duriel's eyes widen as her toe catches a root and she lurches forward. Swinging wide, she falls prone at Arius' feet, glaring darkly.

Arius lowers his rapier's point to Duriel's neck, a half smile on his lips.

"Were you an enemy of mine, you would surely be dead right now. But..." He pulls his weapon away from her, reaching down with his left hand to help her up. "Since you aren't my enemy, there's no reason to take advantage of the situation."

His hand reaches out, but Duriel is already up and halfway across the clearing, her sword held at the ready.

"And were you my enemy, you would show no such charity," she retorts.
